A German laboratory has been ramping up production of a machine used for testing for the coronavirus. The devices are awaiting FDA approval before they can be used. NBC News’ Richard Engel reports from the lab near Dusseldorf, Germany. CLARIFICATION: The testing kits referred to in this video are not self-testing kits and have not been sent to the U.S. as of March 12.
